Cannot register NFS hot pursuit

Hi.

 

So, I have big issue. I just bought NFS hot pursuit in steam, so when I opened it took me to register the key in ea, I tried to logon to my account, which I failed, I was using the incorrect email.

And know that I got everything correctly, ea says that the key has been already used.

I have tried to access to ea with the wrong email address that I used, it does not even load an account. I tried to reset its password in ea, and never got any email from ea letting me know something about that account.

 

Did I already lose that key completely? Or is there something else that I can do (besides getting the game again)?

The best thing for you to do is to contact a game advisor (the nice folks over at EA support) for more help with this. There’s nothing we can do on the forum Answer HQ to fix account and billing issues like this.

You need to contact EA/Origin support for more assistance. They will be able to assist you further for this issue you are having.
