CD key used to many times ?

Hi i purchaced NFS on steam and its saying the CD key has been used to many times altho i have never used it 

can any one help please

Hi i purchaced Need for Speed: Hot persuit Limited edition on Origin and mow its saying that the CD key has been used to many times, but I just have reinstall my Windows OS. Pleas help me find some solution fore my problem.
