Autolog problem

When the game try to connect to autolog the game frozen like the picture or the letters of connecting with autolog star to blink until I disconnect for psn account .
The game servers are down or what to do?

The game servers are still online. In some cases there might be temporary server issues. Should the issue persist, then try the following:

• Use a wired connection
• Power cycle your console and router
