wont stay connected to ea servers [ Edited ]

when i get on nhl 14 i connect to ea severs and almost immediatly it kicks me off the servers and off of xbox live. ive tried resetting my router and modem  and have redownloaded my xbox live profile.

also i traced and pinged easo.ea.com
