why can EA record my conservation in help yet they hang up on me if i do?

This seems very illegal to me ,I was on the phone with EA help .

As a joke i say I am going to record this conversation to show others exactly how EA helps its gamers and he hangs up on me lol.

What a POS comapny ,how is it legal for them to record me yet i can't do the same?

Anyone a lawyer who knows anyhting abouth this?

I am going to look into this now ,I have had it with this company riping me off.

Perhaps you could further describe your thoughts on how someone hanging up the phone is "very illegal"?
