pack opening fail

I downloaded one a pack on Nhl 14 ultimate team . Their "mega" pack for $7. Once it said the pack was finished downloading it didn't open like it normally did. So I went and checked in the my packs section but I didn't have any. At first I thought that it got cancelled but it showed up on my email that the order went threw. Any help?
