how do i earn xp in eashl

i win games its just so hard and impossible im only 60 overall while evryone is 89 overall its just ridiculous i have 80 speed and can't even catch up to anyone

At the end of games there should be a screen that has your overall grade, games played, and games won. Once you get all 3 bars filled you will advance a level and be rewarded with xp too uprgrade your character
