Trade Pile Glitch

I have lost my Player of the game Tj Oshie Card and Matt Duchene card in my trade pile I sent from my active roster to trade pile and they never made it to trade pile. My trade pile has 20 players in it but the trade pile say's it has 24. How can I get back my 2 missing players... Possibily even 4 

my gamertag is Natemac1992, Ea sports won't respond and it's getting annoying at this point I'm even willing to pay some one who can help me through paypal.
