I haven't received them in three weeks.. What's going on here?

Same here but only the last 2 weekends i think.

Scared to report the complaint as i already have a complaint in and they sent me an email this week (3 months after my initial complaint) to say its progressed but donegt respond to this email youre place in the queue will be reset or something to that effect.

I've just realised, but I'm not 100% sure yet till I go home and check dates. But I may have received my max allotment of hut packs cause you get 24 packs
