Scammed once again by Ea with no compensation!

This is getting ridiculous, now i bought like 2-3 packs with real money and 1 time the game freezes i see a hut live player but have to reset ps3 and its gone! second time i buy one EA charges me but no pack appear this has prolly happend more times but these 2 times ive checked if ive gotten billed!! i cant believe u can keep doing **bleep** like this and not get more consequenses?? im stunned at the way you take "care" of ur customers, if this was any other business doing this they wouldnt be here today! tried contacting u several times now too, tried refering to my case number but then the **bleep**r just got "disconnected" it said! DONT BUY EA GAMES§!

The exact same thing just happened to me on the weekend. I even talked to someone who seemed to be figuring things out from ea sports and he said he would call back in 5 min and never called back. So basically ea sports just stole my money and doesn't care.
