PLEASE HELP!! I cant play online in nhl 14

It keeps FREEZING. I go into a game it loads and it is either stuck at the loading screen or it freezes, please help me

Check your internet connection, or try rebooting the game. Maybe try cleaning the disc, although I doubt the software is damaged, Blu-Ray discs are impervious to scratch. If nothing I or anyone else suggests works, ask an employee at your nearest EB Games or any video game store.

It should be the internet, if it isn't working in online. Hmm. Is there something wrong with the system? If you tried to play another game online, would it work?
