Overall % problem [ Edited ]

Hi.  I was at 91% overall SS3 and target to be a LG1.  We won the game and I got an A/A+/A+ rating so I thought it was it, but then my overall dropped to 78%.  How can this happen?  The overall thing seems to be ramdom and imprecised.  I have all wins and games needed and played to go to Legend1

This is very anoying!  Can you check this?
