First of all apologies if this is posted in a wrong section, I meant to post this on the tech help forum on the old forum, but when I went there it redirected me to this Answer HQ, so yeah here it is.
It happened tuesday march 18th at around 23.00 Central European Time, servers were acting a bit weird throughout the last hour and a half or so, menus leaded very slowly and the "could not retrieve online player data" message popped up at random times while browsing the menus. Still, our club went into the dressing room (lineup screen, whatever it is called now) and managed to play a game. It was us Club HC (http://www.easportsworld.com/en_US/clubs/NHL14XBX/180138/overview) against Synergy Hockey (http://www.easportsworld.com/en_US/clubs/NHL14XBX/14/overview).
We lost the game I think 3-5, and when I looked up club standings later, our rank points were wiped and I also noticed my player grade was also reset, abeit not my points.
Can this get fixed somehow? Please? This wouldn't be much of a deal if our club wasn't 2nd overall in club standings and first in Monthly and European ranks. Thank you!
