New mega pack won't go through

I'm trying to buy the new mega pack for 35k, but every time I buy it it goes to the "are you sure?", and I hit yes. After that it just sits there not letting me back out or anything. I've restarted the game multiple times and it hasn't taken my pucks but I want to get this pack and it won't let me. Help!
