The pre-order promo codes I got do not work - I had the same issue with 13 which never got resolved. Please make this right

I tried to enter my Gold Pack code, it downloaded then disconnected me, then when i go to the store it's not there

Did I loose my free pack?

And when can I use my other Code for the Winter Classic?

retries a few times, it worked too not after 5 or 6 attempts the code worked

I put my codes in to get my pre-order bonus, after it finished downloading I closed the Download window and then the NHL 14 menu said the code failed and could not be downloaded, and now I can't retry because my Xbox says I've already downloaded it! Is anyone else run into this problem

Yes, having the same problem with the 24 Gold Packs. The winter classic pack worked eventually.
