NHL 14 app won't work on my iphone

Why isn't it working I've tried to do it multiple times and it says there might be server update but my friend right next to me can use it what do I do? I have deleted it and re-downloaded it 3 times!!

1. You give absolutely no information about the problems you are experiencing. That makes it very hard to help you..

That is what it says, it's been like this for a week

Try re-installing and rebooting. 

Try using the app on a different connection.

This is definitely a problem on your side, not EA's.

Happens to me too, not only have I re installed it, used a different connection but I've gone as far as using someone else's phone to install and use the app and I still have that same error occur. Definitely EAs problem not mine.
