NHL 14 Profile Corrupt

I am going to open up a lawsuit towards EAI if I don't get my money back for this, I am not happy, I have read that there is no way to fix a corrupt profile and you exact me to make a new one and lose all the money I put towards hut and my EASHL, not happening I will be suing for my money if this doesn't get fixed ASAP.
