NHL 14 Playoffs banner/on ice graphics and pre-game not appearing [ Edited ]

I just won the HUT playoffs (pro) and the banner and on ice graphics and pregame ceremony don't happen for me...? Does anyone know what to do?
I have played like 4-5 games at home.

Also, in my consumables should I have a trophy for it? I have pics on my phone and it says my best finish is pro cup x1 on the main screen.
