I just tried to buy the new special consumables pack and it said the order was confirmed but then I was disconnected from the server. SO i logged bac in, went to the HUT store and was told that I have a pack and I will be directed to it. So, I select OK sine it was my only option but ince again I was disconnected.Now not only I can't access the pack I just paid for, I cannot use the rest of the cash in my wallet. Please fix this soon or tell me how to fix.

Nobody here can fix it but you could try contacting a game advisor from EAs help website
