NHL 14 HUT packs

I am trying to buy the NHL 14 HUT pack named new faces, new places. I see on the banner its advertised as 15 items, all gold and at least ten rares. When I go into the store for the HUT menu, I see a promotional pack but it says 15 items and at least 3 rare. Is this the new faces, new places pack? or do I need to purchase that specific pack elsewhere? 

Same question applied to the Marc Andre Fluery banner advertising, saying its available for a limited time only .... where do I purchase that item, or in which pack is it available?

Yes those are the packs you buy to get those,Id get the big Gold pack or Special pack
