I've been missing players for 3 weeks now!
Contacted EA instantly and have been given nothing but the run around...
I've been on the phone 4-5 times, live chat atleast 6 times now, and have had an easy 10 emails back and forth with them and still nothing!!!
Some people have claimed to have gotten players/pucks back but honestly I don't know 100%...
However I do know that I've been waiting 3 weeks now since my claim and I am still without the 2 players or 200k I spent on them back.

If you have the NHL14 Mobile app on your mobile device, you may be able to fix the missing player bug.
1. Log into your HUT team via the mobile app (i logged in about 2 hours after the incident)
2. Scroll to the unassigned tab
3. Pray the player you just spent all those pucks on is there
4. use the phone to assign the player to trade pile
5. log into console version, go to trade pile and there is your missing player.
heres what happend to me.
yesterday i bought a burns, the pucks were taken from my account, but the assign card screen never came up. player was "lost" as he was not in any pile.
when i tired to exit hut, i got the message prompt saying you have unassigned players, you need to assign them. so i click the assign button, and it brings me to the pag for a split second before returning me to the hut main menu. tried buying a bronze pack, which led my game to freeze (two times in a row after a restart and shutdown).
later that night i hopped on the mobile app, and went to the unassigned menu and guess who was there! GOOD OL BURNS!

i lost my jeff carter who was 30,000 pucks that i bided on, did you guys get this fixed yet

app is also not working
