NHL 14 Companion App

Whenver I try to auction one of my players or buy a player on the market, it says "This action can not be taken while you are logged in to NHL 14 on a console". The thing is, that I know I am not logged in on a console, and when I went on my friends account the same thing happened. Anybody know how to fix this?

exact same thing happens to me. and i have been signed off my console for 2 hours

try signing in on consol and then physically quitting out of ultimate team...if you dashboard or powerdown while logged in it sometimes doesnt register that you have signed out

I have same problem. I have logged out at NHL 14 hut. And when i try buy or sell players on iphone app. That not work. There come text: This action not be taken while your logged in to NHL 14 on a console. How this is possible cause I have logged out, my Playstation is turn off a dont have internet connection to console. Still it not work my iphone. I want some help....
