NHL 14 Arenas

Can anyone tell me what the eight arenas in NHL 14 HUT are? I have Large North America, Large International, Medium North America, Medium International, Small North America and Small International but the game says I only have 6 of 8. What are the other two?

The other 2 arenas should be the 2 winter classic stadiums from Philly and Pittsburgh.

I have 7/8 all NA and INT and the Phili Winter Classic, sadly I.can't find the Pitt WC yet. Idk why but.I want them all. While on topic, i am 5 players away from full Pens team. Jerseys already owned.

The Philly winter classic is only available if you pre ordered NHL 14
