My NHL 14(xbox) account lost all info.

So i just went to play my NHL 14 for xbox and all my stats atrributes and records have been completely reset. The problem is that i payed $ for alot of my +3, +5, and +7s. It shows that i played my last game on the 31st at 3:00am but even my name isnt the same. I playted over 650 games and had everything unlocked. Everything else on my xbox is the same beside for hockey. I actually played a drop in game about an hour ago and every thing was normal...
