Ms chara lost

Alright, so I had my chara on the market and my friend wanted to borrow it. He sent a trade and I accepted it. He got the chara and I got his offer . He put it back up on the market and I sent a trade to receive it. He accepted the offer and I never got the chara. But he did receive my trade. Does anyone know a way to contact them. Obviously none of u guys can do anything. Unless u guys know a way... I've tried everything . Looked in collection, watch list , trade pile, active roster, everything.
