Hi 

I purchase packs quite frequently and there was a major screw up.

My friend told me recently how you guys were helping get his player of the game sochi serene back.

Back when the road to the olympic pack was out i pulled a sochi zetterberg and he went missing in my trade pile. i was courious if you guys would do something to solve my problem.
