Lost Player in NHL 14 HUT [ Edited ]

Alright well I just bought a James Neal hut live card for 25k I won the bid and lost the pucks but I did not have the ability to send to my collection I backed out of watch list and my James Neal is no longer there. I am pretty upset, EA please get me my Plyer back.   Xbox360 gt: stop kony 2013
