Lost PACK

Almost one month ago I contacted EA Help regarding a lost Featured Pack that I had bought using my credit card. After purchase, I never recieved my pack. I contacted EA and they said that it would go to a group of specialists, who of course, have still not gotten back to me. Does anybody have any ideas of what to do so I can get my pack or my money back.

sue.  i know i'm about to call a law firm and see about starting a class action suit. FAR to many people being outright ROBBED by EA and they don't even care. i've been waiting since feb 12th for them to give me my HUT team back that just VANISHED. they said "it was deleted" and closed the issue without even TELLING me they had come to a resolution. OBVIOUSLY it was deleted. the PROBLEM is ELECTRONIC ARTS deleted it not ME. there is ZERO chance i deleted it myself which means EA STOLE my money i spent on 'HUT packs'.  now i'm waiting on them to 'take a 2nd look'. i was told it would take 14-20 business days....thats was around 30 business days ago.

 

EA cares about 1 thing these days......OUR MONEY.   Even if they have to STEAL from their customers to try nad get MORE.

when i had this problem the same thing happened , it was suppost to be sent to specalist and they would get back. now this was on madden but it should be the same for nhl. I had a 38 pack bundle and after i bought it the screen went black and i had to do a hard restart . I never got my packs untill 3 months later when i was told and it worked to get back on and act like i was buying a 38 pack bundle again and it gave me the 38 packs i was owed and wasnt charge again. try this and let me know!
