Lost/Missing player found on app and not ps3?

I put a Duncan Keith to my trade pile and he dissapeared. I turned ps3 off and on a lot, and I found him in my unlisted section on my app. He is only on the app in unlisted, and not on my ps3 in game. Everytime I try to list him on the market it says "You do not currently have permission to perform this action." EA HELP. Really not so happy about this.
