It Says I Won The Bid On A Player But I Don't Have The Player?

Hi i looked on my NHL 14 app on my iphone to see if i won the bid on a TOTY Kronwall. The app says i won the bid on this card but when i go to click on the card to assign it, nothing is there it is just the card and i can't do anything with it. I then checked my trade pile and unassigned pile and the card wasn't there also. Is there anyway i can get my card back that i just bought because i need him to finish my team.
