I just want to know why does my opponent win even tough I have 41 sohts to his 10 and over ten minutes more time on attack.All of my players feel so weak even his jack jonhson stood up incoming nicklas kronwall who was going for the open ice hit.Do something to this EA... I don't want to lose anymore games because of ice tilt.

There's a forum thread that pretty clearly states there is no ice tilt.

Adjust your strategies, fight a guy, call your timeout, etc. These will all help your team react and adjust to what's going on.
