@tomlet22 Unfortunately here on Answers HQ, We cannot help you with this problem. This must go through EA Support.

If you believe that your account has been compromised (hacked), such as situations where personal information (email address etc) has been changed without you doing so

You will need to contact an EA Game Advisor for assistance. You will be presented with the various available methods to contact an Advisor, if you are unable to access this page without logging in, please simply create a new account for this purpose: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/

After you get your account sorted out refer to this on how to maintain account security.

I have had my account hacked before. How they got in was through hacking my gmail account. Make a new email (preferably Gmail) and turn on 2 step verification.

Change this to the main email of your account and verify the email address.

Change the password to a interesting password that doesn't make any words with symbols and capitols.

Then make new security questions and answers for both the email and Origin.

Turn on 2 step login for origin.
