I need help!!!

In NHL14 hockey ultimate team I did most of the collections and used all of the pucks plus 20 euros to open packs and i didnt get anything so i decided to restart hut and do the collections again but it said i allready did them and now i dont have anything because i cant even do the collections so i cant earn pucks to build a good team again.Please help me
