I can't quick buy people! help!

Last night I found a really good quick buy deal on Logan couture, I went to quick buy it and I disconected from ea servers. I thought I just lost connection or somthing but I found it really strange so I tried buying a bronze player just to see if it happend again, and once again, I lost conection. I've tried everything from turning off my console to reseting my internet and still no luck... one thing that I noticed is that it tells me that i need to reconect my ethernet cord but I use wifi for my xbox. I you guys know anything about this, please help me. Thanks.

I've had the same exact problem for the past few days and it's honestly really starting to **bleep** me off. How can this be fixed?
