Unfortunately, we here at Answers HQ are unable to assist with such issues. We are not employed by EA and therefore don't have the ability to check on things like purchases and credit points/packs/items.
You will need to contact an EA Games Advisor and ask them to open a case for you. In turn they will take some proof of your purchase and then pass the issue onto the developers for them to look into and credit you for your purchases.
