I just purchased one of the deals (9.99) from the store. It charged my account but after a slow load nothing happened. My email has the confirmation code of the purchase and my bank account balance reflects the fact that I purchased a pack. I didn't get a single item or pack for my purchase. I put in an email to support but was never given an option to speak to anybody. I understand this new "digital" support system however i'm not satisfied with the fact I have to wait in limbo while my money is lost. If I spent pucks to purchase the pack I'd be willing to wait but this was REAL money. I don't feel like I should have to sit and wait a possible 48 hours with my money in limbo. Can anybody help me?
