You need to contact EA game advisor DIRECTLY to get it check then,only they have the tools and authority to go into your account to check what went wrong .
For any issues regarding accounts, please follow these steps to contact a game advisor for more help:
1. Click the link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask and log in with your Origin name and password.
2. Where it says: ’What Can We Help you With’, type in ‘GAME NAME’
3. Click Find Solutions
4. Select "Your problem,eg accounts" from the drop-down list and also select your platform from the list.
5. Click: Find Solutions
6. Scroll down a little and on the lower right hand side, Click "I Still need Help"

This happens sometimes when your account desyncs or gets corrupted. All your EASHL stats are saved server side so you can't really lose them permenantly.
The best thing to do is clear the cache on your xbox, remove all NHL system files (not your save files) and reinstall the game. This is usually not necessary but still worth doing.
When you go back to NHL, you will have to play a EASHL/OTP game to get your account to link back up. This should happen after one game, but sometimes you will need to play a couple to get your Grade back to the requirement for Legend, if not it will unlock the highest card that it can. Your Wins and Games played will go back to normal, but your grade might not, you'll just have to boost that back up to unlock everything.

Hello,
I have run into a huge issue. i had been collecting teams on hut then sellin them on the auction, then all of a sudden after doing phoenix i put them all up for sale and after there time ran out they never appeared again on available items. This is very frustrating cause now i cant do any other teams.
The players i lost..... Mike smith , ekman larsson, bissonette and mcmillan
please someone help !
