I'm missing Drew Doughty, Mike Richards, Ryan Callahan (HUT live), and Nick Backstrom. Contacted EA over two weeks ago. I've yet to get so much as an update as to what is happening. The hilarious thing is, EA keeps saying "due to a high number of e-mails they are unable to respond. That means your products are terrible and everyone is having problems. Why you continue to develop and produce terrible games and pump them out to the public, instead of correcting the games you have already released is beyond me.

Hypothetical question: If EA was to have money or product stolen from them, you think they would be "okay" with waiting weeks on end to be ignored? Absolutely not. So why is it okay to do the same to your customers?

nhl 14 legend card gone wtf

I sign onto my Xbox. I load the game play a couple of shoot outside with my friend and a few hours later I realized after being a legend 2 which by the way I worked my ass off to get was striped from me and I very been demoted. All my attributes are back to default. What the **bleep**. I worked to hard. Played to many hours for this to happen. That's exactly like someone telling you, you can't have your 401 k after putting time into it. Very very dissapointed. I will sell this game and never buy a ea game again and I know most of my friends won't either. Why did this happen?

You need to contact EA game advisor DIRECTLY to get it check then,only they have the tools and authority to go into your account to check what went wrong .

 

For any issues regarding accounts, please follow these steps to contact a game advisor for more help:


1. Click the link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask and log in with your Origin name and password.

2. Where it says: ’What Can We Help you With’, type in ‘GAME NAME’

3. Click Find Solutions

4. Select "Your problem,eg accounts" from the drop-down list and also select your platform from the list.

5. Click: Find Solutions

6. Scroll down a little and on the lower right hand side, Click "I Still need Help"

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

This happens sometimes when your account desyncs or gets corrupted. All your EASHL stats are saved server side so you can't really lose them permenantly. 

 

The best thing to do is clear the cache on your xbox, remove all NHL system files (not your save files) and reinstall the game. This is usually not necessary but still worth doing. 

 

When you go back to NHL, you will have to play a EASHL/OTP game to get your account to link back up. This should happen after one game, but sometimes you will need to play a couple to get your Grade back to the requirement for Legend, if not it will unlock the highest card that it can. Your Wins and Games played will go back to normal, but your grade might not, you'll just have to boost that back up to unlock everything.

NHL 14 HUT... lost 4 or more players after auctions

Hello, 

I have run into a huge issue. i had been collecting teams on hut then sellin them on the auction, then all of a sudden after doing phoenix i put them all up for sale and after there time ran out they never appeared again on available items. This is very frustrating cause now i cant do any other teams.

 

The players i lost..... Mike smithFrown , ekman larsson, bissonette and mcmillan 

 please someone help !
