HUT STORE disconnecting me after i made purchase.

Everytime i go into my HUT store ( this is after buying the special 0.99c pack with consumable items and having the game disconnect me during purchase) it says i have a pack available and that its taking me to open it. so of course i click the only thing which is ok ,  and i get disconnected from ea servers everytime. anyone else have this happen and know a way to solve it? at this point i just wanna use the hut store.
