Grade Is not changing after a game

For some reason any time I play an online drop-in game now no matter what position I play my grade is stuck at B+ for some reason even I have a good game or a bad game it doesn't move on the bar at all.  What is going with this I am working my way to Legend 2 and won't be able to get it.....

it's an AVERAGE. and just like grades in school it's WAY easier to TANK that AVERAGE than it is to bring it back up. if you want to get OVER B+ then you need your grades to be OVER B+ MORE than your grades are BELOW B+
