Gameface won't generate

I was trying to make me in gamface and the generate button turns grey how do i fix that

Was having the issue of the right browser and then was able to create a face but not generate.  I followed the advice of clicking on the (i) icon to the left of the search bar, in the firefox browser and turning the gameface permission tab on accept and remember. I had to restart the process but this time the face generation tab was not grayed out and clickable.

Sorry to revive this but I am also having this problem. Tried using Chrome, Firefox and IE, no changes. I can make the gameface but the 'Generate game face' button is greyed out.

Same. Fix your stuff EA. Unacceptable and embarassing how often the technology for a software company is breaking. Stop choosing the cheap way.
