Faceoffs (Live The Life)

Why are there so many faceoffs at center ice during a Live The Life game? Seems to me there are hardly any at the faceoff circles during a game...

This drives me nuts. Seems like it would be fairly easy to randomize which zone your shift starts in and let you play different scenarios. Other than after goals and the start of a period there's almost never a faceoff at center ice in real live games but every shift either starts there or is on the fly.
