Don't have correct permissions.... sometimes.

I've seen threads about incorrect permissions and generally they cannot access any feature of online play. I have looked at those threads and set my settings to adult, and am being allowed to play HUT online. However, whenever I go to any of the online features for shootouts, connected GM mode, I get the message saying I don't have the permissions to play. It doesn't make sense how I can be allowed to play online for HUT and not be allowed for online GM. Any tips for getting this fixed?
