Cheaters Do Not Prosper / How to Report Cheaters [ Edited ]

A friendly reminder to our community that any form of exploiting or cheating that results in an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Just as we have done in the past, cheaters are identified and penalized. This may include (but not limited to) leaderboard stat wiping, temporary suspension of online access privileges and permanent user account ban to all EA games.

We understand this notice does not directly concern the majority of our community who play the game honestly but it’s important that we are clear about our position on cheating.

Don’t cheat, plain & simple.

How to report cheaters:

If you have been face off looped, or if you notice win trading, use the how-to below on how to report cheaters.

Instead of coming in and posting a thread about it here that will get YOU reported for breaking a TOS rule, this is how you should do it. If someone scored a glitch goal or played cheesy in anyway, there's no need to send a PM.

Send one of the mods a PM.

Next is a template of how I'd like the PM to be(copy and paste this so it's easier to read):

Your team name: Self explanatory(if versus, I need GT/PSN)
Alleged cheating team name: Self explanatory(if versus, I need GT/PSN)
Players in the game: Self explanatory(but, only if you remember. You can also look at you recent players list on your xbox. Not sure if PS3 has this.)
EAsportsworld webpage of cheating team: Every team has a team page on EAsportsworld.com - You need to include the link to their page. I'm not gonna search for it.
What happened: Self explanatory
Evidence: Of course, it's not always evidence is at hand. But if you have taken videos of the cheating or any of the sort, include the link to that here. It will help a lot. Without evidence, and only one complaint, not much is likely to happen. That said, all evidence has to be reviewed, and it has to be without a shred of doubt, if action is going to be taken. Also, even if you don't have any evidence, I'd like you to send a PM.


Now, as I mentioned, sending a PM does NOT guarantee that action will be taken, not even with evidence.
