Card I won dissapeared from my watch list!

Just won a bid on a TOTW Kronwall.

Go to my watch list and there is my bid, green check mark, but I can't select it.

So I back out of the watch list and go back it to try again and the card is now gone!

I can't believe this. I have wasted way too much time building up a puck balance and now the game is robbing me.

Same thing happened earlier tonight to me around the same time, right after the servers went down for about 5 mins.  Same for you guys?  I lost 140k and the player..same thing tho, won the bid went to watch list and the player wasn't there and money was gone

I've lost 3 won cards tonight, in a row. 

Also, lost a PK Subban TOTW that I listed, it came off with no sale and vanished. !!!! COME ON EA!!!!

Contact EA game advisor DIRECTLY to get it check then,only they have the tools and authority to go into your account to check what went wrong and provide you the help needed to solve it .

1. Click the link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask and log in with your Origin name and password.

2. Where it says: ’What Can We Help you With’, type in ‘GAME NAME’

3. Click Find Solutions

4. Select "Your problem,eg accounts" from the drop-down list and also select your platform from the list.

5. Click: Find Solutions

6. Scroll down a little and on the lower right hand side, Click "I Still need Help"

Sorry to said that, but I still wait for some disappearance of some card for nhl 2013...  They make me call them twice, wait too much time on hold, chat online a few time too and said to me so many times, we need to escalate the case, you gonna have some news soon...  Not, I never did...  Micosoft suck big time...  It sad that a good game was made by so many crooks...  Hope to see a another good hockey game on another franchise...  Even if its not nhl, I dont care,  just like to play hockey...

Only buy direct works right now, lost a player too. I have a solution for guys losing players through running out of time and not getting sold, if you can use the app, login that way and you can see your expired cards from tradepile! Unfortunatly the player i won by auction is gone from the app aswell,

Can someone with experience tell us if the players automaticly come back when the problems are fixed?
Dont have the time to sitt and wait for hours on helpline, and the only answer you get is that they will look in to it lol

I lost 72 200 on Schneider HUT Live because of this. Hope you guys at EA solve this.
