Can't level up to Legend 2 EASHL 70%

My overall grade is a B+ and has been for the past few days and after playing several games, it does not go up nor dows it go down. When I play legit and get all As within a game or purposely do terrible to get all Fs, the overall is always a B+. I am not quite sure why this is, and this has happened to me before in a different manner, before I was an A- in overall and it reset to an F and had to bring it up again. Now it is just a B+ and I would like to level up to Legend 2 already. Any ideas would definitely be helpful.

Try playing with players from different positions as your overall grade is an average of your grade across the different positions, You could get all As ten games in a row on one position and see little movement in your overall grade if that position grade is already A.
