Always asking me to download new roster... everyday...

Everytime I go to play online it asks me to download the new roster. 

The first time i did it, it seemed reasonable... However, it's asking me to do it everytime i turn on the machine.

What can I do to prevent the game from asking me to download the (same) roster every time i turn on xbox?

I believe that it does this according to the way prospects are currently being placed now. A way someone would find this out, is that players like Dmitrij Jaskin are no longer on their regular AHL affiliate, but on the NHL team that they've been doing camp with.
