Missing live event master item,only have 3/4 for westbrook master set?

Can anyone help or relate? I am trying to complete the westbrook master set,I have completed all 4 live event master sets,but only have 3 of the 4 items? I never received one of them,I have completed Shooting Master,Two Way master,Big Man Master,Small Ball Master,and Defensive Master sets,It shows under acheivements that I completed 550/550 live events but never received 1 of the 4? Please help and thanks in advance for any feedback
