so i had my computer hard drive fixed and lost all my data including my sims

i am trying to fix things but it says in need to log in as a admistrator so i am trying to dowload origin again and it wont let me tell me why it will not let me do either

 

HELP!

The Simcity 2013 forum is *NOT* any kind of catchall place at Answers HQ for every possible subject.  It is only for Simcity, and the Sims games have their own forums here:
