I have the same problem here. After the first quit and reload I can't play more than 5-10 minutes, becouse I get this message every time and have to quit.

yeah it's funny how it works fine when you start a new city, but then when you load up a city that's when this not processing properly bug starts, and EA's solution is to contact the EA chat advisor's which does nothing they try to walk you through the troubleshooting spiel and it doesn't fix it

 

the issue is on EA's end

Falselion, that's just their way of saying "We don't know what the problem is, but we're going to put the blame on the player until we figure this out."

 

Still have yet to hear from an official on these forums about this.

The Development team is aware that some users are experiencing some issues where their cities are rolling back to a previous state. We are investigating this issue.  

If you have experienced this issue over the weekend, please go to this post http://forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/9857014.page and post the information found below.

Thanks everyone for helpful information.

 

We are running some tests on our test server to gather more information on cities rolling back.  You can help us out by going to the test server.  On the test server, create & play new regions & cities.  If you experience a city rolling back please post that information here.  We will also be collecting logs on this information on the test server.

this is absolutely ridiculous, i'm still getting this error

 

this is release all over again, at least then i could understand that the game was more popular than you guys anticipated so it was just waiting on more servers

 

now the game's just completely broke, play for 5 minutes only to watch everything you do get destroyed in the rollback, love the fact that I spent $50 on all the dlc and expansion over the weekend and now I've yet to get to play them
