Simcity product code

So I had already downloaded installed and put in my product code but after I had not played on SimCity for a long time came back like week maybe 2 weeks later and I had to log back into my account but when i did so it wanted a product code for my SimCity after I had already done so. when I got home from buying the game. and I did as it wanted but when I did it said it was already used and I figured it would say that because I already used it and so now I am unable to play a game that I spent basically 60$ on and I used it and enjoyed it for a while and now I cannot. I also did this with my bf3 and it did the same thing and I am really bummed and hoping someone can help me :smileysad: because now all of my origin games are not useable and are useless at the moment.

This is likely due to a recent Origin client update that caused the games for a number of players to disappear from their My Games' folder. You'll have to contact EA or wait for a fix to show up. Would likely be a reinstall of the Origin client.

You could try this in the meantime..

Game does not show up in Origin.

1. Try clicking on the Origin menu at the top left of the Origin client. This should activate the drop down menu where you should then select the "Reload My Games" option.
2. If this does not work, try logging out of Origin, and log back in. This is another way of 'refreshing' the games in your Origin.
3. Last, but not least, Uninstalling and Reinstalling Origin is the final step you can try doing.

to contact EA..

1 Click on the following link: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
2 Make sure you are logged in (top right corner)
3 Click on the blue button "Contact a Game Advisor"
4 Enter the name of your game or product (or "Origin" for account-related issues) and click "Find Solutions"
5 Select the type of issue and the platform you play on, and click on "Find Solutions".
6 Click on the blue button "I still need help" if the FAQ articles do not apply to your situation.
7 Select a contact option. Note that you may get different contact options depending on your country.
